VICTORIAN TERRACED TOWNHOUSE
Our customers wanted to renovate their bathroom, kitchen and split level terrace in their St. Albans Victorian semi.
We stripped out both rooms and removed the floor in-between them completely, raising the height of the kitchen ceiling and the bathroom floor above. The bathroom ceiling was renovated to use the vaulted space above. The bathroom window was moved to the end of the room for better city views of the Abbey.
Bathroom and kitchen were designed and installed one after the other before works moving to the outside terrace, to include bespoke joinery kitchen door, artificial wooden decking and ‘london look’ cedar strip fencing for a modern sleek sunshine space.
“Our new bathroom is definitely our favourite bathroom of all the houses we’ve lived in. We’re very happy.”
